GHK-Cu
Mechanism
A copper-binding tripeptide (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine bound to Cu(II)). Modulates gene expression to stimulate collagen, elastin, and stem-cell activation. Active topically and via injection. Endogenous levels decline ~60% by age 60.
Typical dose
1-2mg per injection, 2-3 times per week (injectable). 0.05-2% (topical formulations).
Cycle length
12-24 weeks; topical can be continuous
Form
Injectable (subcutaneous), topical serum
