Mechanism

A 28-amino-acid peptide hormone. Modulates T-cell function, dendritic cell activity, and Th1/Th2 balance. Approved as a pharmaceutical (Zadaxin) in 35+ countries for chronic hepatitis B/C, immune deficiency, and cancer adjunct therapy.

Typical dose

1.6mg subcutaneous twice weekly (clinical). 800mcg-1.6mg per injection, 2-3 times weekly (research).
