Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Enter your vial size, water volume, and target dose. Get the exact units to draw on a standard insulin syringe.
Pick the syringe in your hand.
Dose per injection. 1 mg = 1000 mcg.
Pick your syringe, vial, dose, and water to see exactly where to pull.
Enter the draw you want, and we set the water to match.
For tracking and calculation purposes only. Not medical advice. Based on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
How Reconstitution Works
Peptides ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Before use, you add bacteriostatic water to dissolve the powder. The amount of water you add determines the concentration, which determines how much liquid to draw for your target dose.
The formula: Concentration (mcg/mL) = Peptide amount (mcg) / Water volume (mL). Then: Units to draw = Desired dose (mcg) / Concentration (mcg/mL) x 100.
A standard insulin syringe holds 1 mL = 100 units. So 0.1 mL = 10 units. This calculator does the math for you.
